I've been a fan since the Colony-End Game episodes. I was completely enthralled by the intensity of the feelings between Mulder and Scully.
In the summer of '98 I was told to read Twelve Degrees of Separation. After that I found my way to episode reviews and, well, I became a true X-Phile.
I do not begin to hope that I could ever be in the same league as the many, many great XF Fanfic authors out there, but I am having a ball trying.
